Registration System
Registration is handled via the Konfeo system. You will be asked to complete a short registration form and then choose your preferred payment method: bank transfer or online payment via Stripe (credit card and other online payment options are available).

Registration policy
Every Research Track paper must have at least one paid FULL REGULAR or CONFERENCE-ONLY REGULAR registration before January 20th, 2026
Every workshop and posters & tools paper must have at least one paid FULL (either REGULAR or STUDENT) or WORKSHOP registration before February 12th, 2026
Every doctoral symposium paper must have at least one paid FULL STUDENT or WORKSHOP registration before February 12th, 2026
Every journal early feedback presentation must have at least one FULL REGULAR or CONFERENCE-ONLY REGULAR registration before March 1st, 2026
Every Education and Training paper and/or presentation must have at least one FULL REGULAR or CONFERENCE-ONLY REGULAR registration until March 12th, 2025
IMPORTANT - A FULL REGULAR registration covers one paper or journal early feedback presentation in the main conference and one workshop paper. Additional workshop papers must be covered by a separate registration
VAT Exemption
If your participation in REFSQ 2026 qualifies as vocational training and is funded from public sources, you may apply for a VAT exemption. To do so, please select the appropriate checkbox in the registration form and, within 2 weeks of registration (and no later than 20 March 2026), send an email to refsq2026@cs.put.poznan.pl with a declaration confirming this status. Not sending the declaration will result in the cancellation of the registration.
The declaration must be signed by an authorized representative and prepared using this template: TEMPLATE
Cancellation and refund policy
If you have to cancel the registration before February 12th, 2026, providing that you are not the author registered for a paper, you will receive 70% of the registration fee back. Cancellations are not possible after that date. The registered person can however be replaced without penalties until a week before the conference. In this case, please contact the local organizer as soon as possible at: refsq2026@cs.put.poznan.pl
Participation is not guaranteed until full payment of the registration fee is received.
Payments will be refunded in the unlikely event that the conference is cancelled by the organizer. In that case, the organizer will have no further liability to the client.
