REFSQ 2026 will be hosted at the building of Biblioteka Techniczna (Technical Library) and Centrum Wykładowe (Lecture Centre) - a modern facility at Poznań University of Technology's Piotrowo Campus.

Constructed between 2001 and 2008, this 11,200 m² building (designated as Building A23) combines state-of-the-art lecture halls, conference rooms, and library facilities. The building features modern architecture designed by Studio Fikus and built by Skanska, providing an ideal environment for academic conferences and workshops.
