Concordia Taste is a unique destination on Poznań's culinary map, located in the historic Concordia Design building - a beautifully restored 100-year-old former printing house in the city center. The restaurant pairs modern Polish cuisine with the world's largest collection of Polish wines.

Under the direction of Chef Adam Adamczak, Concordia Taste reinterprets traditional Polish flavors using seasonal, locally-sourced ingredients from personally-known suppliers. The restaurant's zero-waste philosophy and focus on regional Polish products create an authentic culinary journey through Poland's diverse food culture.

The atmospheric post-industrial interior, designed by Mikołaj Wierszyłło, combines Polish design heritage with modern comfort, creating an ideal setting for our celebration.
